All items sold on Graphiqly are digital download files. No physical products will be shipped. After purchase, files are available for immediate download via your account or confirmation email.

As a general policy, all sales are final. Once a digital file has been downloaded, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

This is due to the non-returnable and non-revocable nature of digital content. Once the product is delivered electronically, ownership and access cannot be reversed.

All our designs are tested on professional laser machines and reviewed for quality. However, you must adjust power, speed, and material settings to match your equipment. We are not responsible for damages or failed cuts due to incorrect machine settings.
