These Terms & Conditions apply when you access or use graphiqly.com, create an account, download a free file, purchase a product, use credits, subscribe to a Graphiqly plan, access a course, or use any Graphiqly tool, guide, or service.

By using Graphiqly, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or download, purchase, or use Graphiqly products.

1. ABOUT GRAPHIQLY

Graphiqly provides digital laser engraving and cutting files, including individual designs, bundles, stand files, free downloads, subscription-related downloads, educational content, tools, guides, and related digital resources.

All products are digital unless a product page clearly states otherwise. No physical item will be shipped.

File formats may vary by product and can include LBRN2, XCS, WWS, SVG, PNG, BMP, and other formats listed on the relevant product page.

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase or create an account, unless you are using Graphiqly with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

2. QUICK LICENSE SUMMARY

Every Graphiqly design includes a commercial license for physical finished products.

You may make and sell unlimited physical products created using Graphiqly files.

You may personalize, resize, edit, and adapt files for your own laser workflow and physical product production.

You may not sell, share, upload, give away, trade, redistribute, sublicense, or provide Graphiqly digital files to others — including edited, resized, converted, traced, or modified versions.

This summary is provided for convenience. The complete Product License in Section 4 controls.

3. DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND DOWNLOAD ACCESS

All Graphiqly products are digital files or digital services.

After completing a purchase, claiming a free product, using credits, or accessing a subscriber-only download, files may be made available through your Graphiqly account, download page, confirmation email, or another method provided by Graphiqly.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your account login details secure.
• Downloading and backing up your files.
• Ensuring your email address is correct.
• Using compatible laser software and equipment.
• Keeping your laser settings, materials, and production process safe.

Do not share your Graphiqly account, login credentials, downloads, or purchased files with other people outside your business team or approved production partner as permitted in Section 4.

Graphiqly may update, replace, improve, or discontinue files, tools, features, product access methods, or website functionality at any time.

4. GRAPHIQLY PRODUCT LICENSE

When you lawfully purchase, download, claim, or access a Graphiqly design file, Graphiqly grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use that file according to these Terms.

You are purchasing a license to use the digital file. You are not purchasing ownership, copyright, trademark rights, or intellectual-property rights in the design.

This license applies to all Graphiqly digital design files, including:

• Individual paid products
• Bundles
• Free files
• Files obtained using credits
• Files obtained through an active subscription or plan
• Bonus files
• Stand files
• Files included with another Graphiqly product

4.1 You May

You may use Graphiqly files for personal use and unlimited commercial production of physical finished products.

You may:

• Create unlimited physical products using the files.
• Sell finished physical products through your website, Etsy, marketplaces, social media, craft fairs, retail stores, wholesale channels, local businesses, or other physical-product sales channels.
• Engrave, cut, print, or manufacture physical products using Graphiqly designs.
• Use the files for made-to-order physical products.
• Use a third-party production or fulfillment provider to make physical products on your behalf.
• Resize, personalize, edit, modify, combine with your own text, adjust cut lines, or adapt the files for your own physical production workflow.
• Change settings, materials, dimensions, engraving parameters, colors, or layout placement as needed for your machine and products.
• Use the files in your own business, including access by employees who need the files only to produce physical products for your business.
• Provide a file to a production contractor only when they are producing physical products for your business and only when they are informed that they may not keep, reuse, share, or redistribute the file.

There is no quantity, revenue, manufacturing, wholesale, or sales limit for physical products made using Graphiqly files.

4.2 You May Not

You may not sell, share, distribute, sublicense, upload, give away, trade, transfer, or redistribute Graphiqly digital files in any form.

This includes the original file and any edited, resized, converted, traced, recolored, personalized, simplified, combined, or modified version.

You may not:

• Sell or give away the digital files.
• Upload files to Etsy, Creative Fabrica, Design Bundles, marketplaces, file-sharing sites, cloud folders, Facebook groups, Discord servers, Telegram channels, Google Drive, Dropbox, or similar platforms.
• Include Graphiqly files in a digital bundle, membership, course, template pack, freebie, download library, or subscription service.
• Give the file to your customer after selling them a physical product.
• Sell a custom or personalized digital version of a Graphiqly file.
• Convert a Graphiqly file into another format and sell, share, or distribute that converted file.
• Trace, recreate, redraw, vectorize, or modify a Graphiqly design for the purpose of selling or distributing a competing digital design file.
• Claim ownership, authorship, copyright, trademark rights, or exclusive rights to a Graphiqly design.
• Use Graphiqly designs as a logo, trademark, brand identity, or registered business mark.
• Use Graphiqly designs to create a competing digital design library, marketplace listing, membership, course, or file-selling business.
• Use Graphiqly files for AI training, dataset creation, machine-learning training, model development, automated scraping, or any system designed to generate competing digital artwork or design files.
• Share your Graphiqly account or downloads with another business that is not owned or controlled by you.

If a Graphiqly design includes an optional Graphiqly logo element, you may choose to engrave it into the physical finished product or leave it turned off. However, you may not use the Graphiqly name, logo, or branding as your own business identity or imply that Graphiqly endorses your business.

4.3 One Business License

Each purchase or download license is granted to the original purchaser and one business they own or control.

The purchaser may allow employees, assistants, or production contractors to access the file only when they are creating physical products for that same business.

The purchaser remains responsible for ensuring that all employees, contractors, and production partners follow these Terms.

A Graphiqly license may not be transferred, sold, assigned, or passed to another business, buyer, business owner, or company without written permission from Graphiqly.

4.4 Subscription, Plan, and Credit Downloads

Files you purchase, download, claim, or obtain using credits are licensed to you permanently under the Product License in effect at the time you acquired them.

If you cancel a subscription or plan, you may lose access to future credits, future subscriber-only files, and future membership benefits. However, you may continue making and selling physical products using Graphiqly files you lawfully obtained before cancellation.

Unused credits, access periods, plan benefits, and subscriber-only access are governed by the terms displayed on the relevant Graphiqly plan or subscription page.

4.5 Free Files

Free Graphiqly files are covered by the same Product License unless a specific product page clearly states otherwise.

Free does not mean public domain.

You may use free files to create and sell physical finished products, but you may not resell, share, upload, redistribute, or claim ownership of the digital files.

4.6 License Termination

Your license automatically ends if you violate these Terms, receive a refund, initiate an unauthorized chargeback, engage in fraud, or use Graphiqly files in a prohibited way.

If your license ends, you must immediately:

• Stop using the files.
• Stop creating new physical products using the files.
• Delete all copies of the original files and any modified digital versions.
• Remove the files from your computer, cloud storage, business folders, production folders, and shared drives.
• Ensure that your employees, contractors, and production partners also delete the files.

Graphiqly reserves all rights not expressly granted in this license.

5. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS, COMPATIBILITY, AND RESULTS

Graphiqly makes every effort to describe products accurately and provide clear previews, file details, and compatibility information.

However, you understand that:

• Product images, mockups, materials, lighting, screen settings, and engraving examples may look different from your final result.
• Engraving quality can vary depending on your laser machine, material, lens, focus, power, speed, interval, DPI, software settings, calibration, and production process.
• You are responsible for testing your own settings before full production.
• You are responsible for confirming that a file format works with your software before purchasing when compatibility details are provided on the product page.
• Some formats may require specific software, such as LightBurn, xTool Creative Space, WeCreat MakeIt, or another compatible program.
• Graphiqly does not guarantee that every file will work perfectly with every laser, machine, software version, material, workflow, or production method.

Always perform a test engraving or test cut before starting a full production run.

6. PRICING, PAYMENTS, CREDITS, AND PROMOTIONS

All prices are listed in United States Dollars unless otherwise stated.

Graphiqly may change product prices, subscription prices, credit values, discounts, bundle contents, promotions, or availability at any time.

Price changes will not affect completed purchases.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Graphiqly does not store or have access to your full payment-card details.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing, account, and payment information.

Promotions, discount codes, free offers, bonus files, and limited-time bundles may have additional terms stated on the relevant product page, checkout page, email, or promotion.

Graphiqly may cancel or refuse an order when there is suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, pricing error, technical error, misuse of promotions, or violation of these Terms.

7. REFUNDS, CHARGEBACKS, AND CANCELLATIONS

Because Graphiqly products are digital products that can be downloaded or accessed immediately, all sales are generally final unless a specific product page, promotion, refund policy, or written agreement clearly states otherwise.

If a file is corrupted, missing, or inaccessible, contact Graphiqly support within 7 days of purchase with your order details and a clear description of the issue. Graphiqly will make reasonable efforts to resolve verified technical issues.

If a refund is approved, your license to use the related file or product ends immediately. You must delete all copies of the files and stop using them for new production.

Please contact support before opening a payment dispute or chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension, loss of download access, and termination of the related product license.

Subscription cancellations apply according to the terms shown for the relevant plan. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not refund previous subscription payments unless clearly stated otherwise.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Graphiqly content is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Product designs
• Digital files
• Website text
• Logos
• Product images
• Videos
• Graphics
• Courses
• Guides
• Tools
• Calculators
• Branding
• Layouts
• Product descriptions
• Download materials

All rights remain the property of Graphiqly and/or its content creators.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Graphiqly intellectual property to you.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, reverse engineer, sell, distribute, or create competing products from Graphiqly content except where these Terms clearly allow use of a design file to create physical finished products.

9. CUSTOMER CONTENT, REVIEWS, AND FEEDBACK

If you submit a review, testimonial, image, video, comment, message, suggestion, or feedback to Graphiqly, you confirm that you have the right to submit it.

You allow Graphiqly to use that content for marketing, product pages, social media, email campaigns, community posts, and promotional purposes, unless you clearly request otherwise in writing.

Graphiqly may contact you after a purchase to request feedback or a product review. You may unsubscribe from review invitation emails at any time.

Transactional emails related to orders, accounts, downloads, receipts, security, and support may still be sent when necessary.

10. TOOLS, GUIDES, COURSES, AND EDUCATIONAL CONTENT

Graphiqly may provide calculators, guides, videos, courses, tutorials, articles, tools, and educational resources.

These resources are provided for general informational and educational purposes only.

Graphiqly does not guarantee specific engraving results, business results, product sales, revenue, profit, pricing outcomes, customer demand, or financial performance.

You are responsible for your own business decisions, pricing decisions, production safety, laser settings, material choices, and compliance with any laws or regulations that apply to your products.

11. PROHIBITED WEBSITE USE

You may not use Graphiqly in a way that:

• Breaks applicable laws or regulations.
• Harms, disrupts, overloads, or interferes with the website.
• Attempts to access another user’s account.
• Uses bots, scrapers, automated downloads, or data-collection tools without written permission.
• Attempts to bypass download limits, payment systems, account controls, access restrictions, or security measures.
• Sends spam, malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
• Uses Graphiqly content to build, train, support, or promote a competing digital-file business.

Graphiqly may suspend or terminate access to the website, account, downloads, subscription, credits, or services when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Graphiqly is not responsible for:

• Damage to your laser machine, materials, products, equipment, or workspace.
• Failed engravings, failed cuts, wasted material, broken equipment, production delays, or lost inventory.
• Losses caused by improper machine settings, material selection, software setup, file edits, or user error.
• Loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, customer orders, or commercial results.
• Interruptions, website downtime, download issues, third-party payment-provider issues, software changes, or compatibility problems.
• Actions or failures of third-party software, platforms, marketplaces, production partners, fulfillment providers, or payment providers.

You use Graphiqly files, tools, and resources at your own risk.

13. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to protect, defend, and hold Graphiqly harmless from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses resulting from:

• Your misuse of Graphiqly files or content.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of another person’s rights.
• Your physical products, marketing claims, customer communications, product safety practices, or business activities.
• Your failure to follow applicable laws, regulations, or platform rules.

14. PRIVACY

Your use of Graphiqly is also subject to the Graphiqly Privacy Policy.

By using the website, creating an account, placing an order, or subscribing to a plan, you agree that Graphiqly may collect and use information as described in the Privacy Policy.

15. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Graphiqly may update these Terms & Conditions when needed.

The latest version will always be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.

Changes apply from the date they are posted unless stated otherwise.

For files you already lawfully purchased or downloaded, the license version in effect when you acquired those files will continue to apply, unless a change is required by law or relates to fraud, misuse, security, or intellectual-property protection.

16. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Graphiqly is legally established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Any dispute related to Graphiqly, its products, or these Terms will be handled by the courts located in that jurisdiction, unless applicable consumer-protection law requires otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms limits any legal rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

17. SEVERABILITY

If any part of these Terms is found invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining sections will continue in full force and effect.
