How do I use my credits to unlock designs?

Log in to your account, pick a design from the shop, add it to your cart, and go to checkout.
If you have enough credits, a "Pay with credits" option will appear under the payment methods.
When you choose that option, the file is unlocked with your credits and you won't be charged money again for that order.
Are there subscriber-only free designs?

Yes. Some designs are marked as "Subscribers Only".
If you're logged in with an active subscription, these will appear as free for you and can be added to your cart like normal free files.
They don't use any of your credits and will still show up in your orders and Downloads page.
If you're not subscribed yet, you'll still see these designs in the shop, but the button will show "Subscribers Only" instead of a normal download option.

Do unused credits roll over?

Yes. Unused credits roll over while your subscription is active, so you can use them later.
If your subscription ends or is cancelled, any remaining unused credits will expire.
What can I use the files for?

Your subscription includes a commercial license for the designs you download.
You can use them for personal projects and on physical products you sell.
The only restriction is that you can't resell, share, or redistribute the digital files themselves.
Will this work with my laser and software?

The files are brand-agnostic and prepared for common diode, CO₂, and fiber laser workflows.
We include multiple formats so you can choose what fits your setup:

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

If you cancel, you keep all the files you've already downloaded and can re-download them from your account.
You'll simply stop receiving new monthly credits, and any unused credits left on your account will expire once your subscription ends.
You'll also lose access to future subscriber-only free designs unless you resubscribe.
